Ensworth cornerback and former Vanderbilt pledge Jaren Sensabaugh has committed to the Missouri Tigers. He announced his decision on social media.
Vanderbilt offered Sensabaugh on June 25 and announced his commitment to the Commodores five days later. The Commodores weren’t from the last team to offer him as Sensabaugh quickly saw his stock rise and several new schools reach out. He decommitted from Vanderbilt on November 12.
One of those schools that took notice in Sensabaugh was Eli Drinkwitz’ Tigers. Missouri offered Sensabaugh before he decommitted from Vandy with their offer on November 5. He took an official visit to the school on November 15.
With players like Sensabaugh, Michigan linebacker commit Mason Curtis and 2025 four-star defensive lineman Ethan Utley leading the way, Ensworth boasted one of the best defenses in the state in 2023.
Sensabaugh finished his senior season recording 23.5 tackles, five pass breakups, two interceptions, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a blocked kick.
He was also one of the Tigers’ most reliable offensive weapons.
As a receiver, he caught 37 passes for a team-high 513 yards and five touchdowns averaging 13.9 yards per catch.
Sensabaugh as a recruit
Three of the major recruiting outlets have Sensabaugh ranked as a three-star prospect. 247Sports has him ranked the highest as a four-star prospect.
According to 247, Sensabaugh is the No. 26 cornerback in the country and No. 7 player in Tennessee for the 2024 class. On3 ranks him as the No. 137 cornerback in the country and No. 37 player in Tennessee.
Rivals has Sensabaugh as the No. 53 cornerback and No. 11 player in the state. ESPN has him as the No. 115 cornerback and No. 40 player in Tennessee.
