0 0

Springfield senior quarterback Kevontez Hudson is the Citizens Bank Player of the Week for his performance in Week 5.

Hudson was 10-of-14 passing for 258 yards and three TDs, had nine carries for 92 yards and three more touchdowns, and registered six tackles on defense in the Yellow Jackets’ 48-24 victory over visiting White House.

Hudson gained both votes from 615 Preps Podcast hosts Chris Brooks and Scott Burton this week, though the fans’ vote sided with Lipscomb Academy senior quarterback Luther Richesson.
