The 2024-2025 basketball season is quickly approaching and like it is every season, the Nashville area is loaded with talent.
To prepare for the new season, we decided to kick things off by highlighting some of the area’s best with the first ever All-615 preseason teams. These teams will consist of two squads of six players each.
We’ll kick things off highlighting the 12 of the best players from our large class schools. These players come from schools in Class 4A, 3A and Division II-AA.
*Notes: Stats for these players were obtained via an email sent out to coaches ahead of the season.
First Team
Guard: Jonathan Sanderson, Ensworth, Jr.
A four-star transfer from Saline (Mich.), Sanderson holds multiple Power Four offers already. He was a standout in Michigan earning all-state honors averaging 29.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game.
Guard: Trey Pearson, JPII, Jr.
Pearson had the luxury of playing behind and learning from the Knights’ long-time guard Fred Bailey the last few seasons, but now it’s his time to lead. He was one of their stars last season averaging 14.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and three steals per game.

Forward: Cortez Graham Howard, Hillsboro, Sr.
The Burros are a favorite to compete for the Class 4A title this season and a lot of that has to do with Howard. He led the team last season averaging 15.6 points, five assist, 4.3 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game.

Forward: Christian Brown, Franklin, Sr.
Brown had his breakout season for the Admirals last season and recently committed to James Madison. He was a double-double machine in last year averaging 16.8 points, 10.5 rebounds and shot 55% from the floor.

Another transfer from Saline (Mich.) Solongo will be a first in the post for the TIgers. Standing in at 7-foot, 275 pounds, he holds offers from Indiana, Ohio State, Illinois, Butler, Arizona State, Rutgers, Ohio and others.
Sixth Man: Tylan Lewis, Independence, Sr.
Coming off their first state title in school history, the Eagles are going to lean heavily on Lewis this season. The Abilene Christian commitment averaged 12.5 points, five rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.7 steals last season.
