Page linebacker Brenden Anes committed to the Wisconsin Badgers on Monday, according to a post on his X account.
Anes is the 18th-ranked prospect in Tennessee for the Class of 2025 according to Rivals.com and 34th according to 247Sports Composite. He is a three-star outside linebacker on both sites.
Anes registered 90 tackles, including 18 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, three interceptions, three forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery for the Patriots, who reached the Class 5A BlueCross Bowl championship game for the third consecutive season.
He was named to the All-615 Preps Medium Class first team as a linebacker for his efforts.
Anes chose the Badgers over schools such as Tennessee, Indiana, Duke, Memphis, Vanderbilt, and Wake Forest among others.
