- Brooks Region: (15) La Vergne (55.9%) over (6) Mt. Juliet – 202 votes
- Burton Region: (4) Ravenwood (82.2%) over (16) Cannon County – 213 votes
- Burton Region: (2) East Robertson (55.8%) over (11) Hillsboro – 190 votes
- Reid Region: (1) MTCS (53.6%) over (4) Riverdale – 235 votes
- Reid Region: (7) Beech (50.6%) over (6) Gordonsville – 233 votes
- Spears Region: (1) Oakland (55.1%) over (13) Lebanon – 225 votes
- Spears Region: (2) Page (55.3%) over (11) Cane Ridge – 219 votes
With those results, no former winners are left in the bracket after Mt. Juliet (2020) and Lebanon (2021) were knocked out. Gordonsville’s loss means that Oakland is the only team remaining that made it to the semifinal round in a previous year.
