Voting is now open for the First National Bank Player of the Week award for BlueCross Bowl championship weekend.
The poll will be open until 7 p.m. Central time on Wednesday, Dec. 8. Votes can be cast once every 30 minutes (per IP address, so if multiple devices are on the same wifi network, only one can vote during that time).
There will be two awards his week, one offensive and one defensive player of the week.

Here are the offensive finalists, in alphabetical order, for the Player of the Week award for the BlueCross Bowl championship games:
Alex Broome, Lipscomb Academy: Broome rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries and caught five passes for 23 yards in the Mustangs’ 27-0 victory over CPA.
Jordan James, Oakland: James rushed for 232 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries, and caught two passes for 57 yards in the Patriots’ 43-26 victory over Summit.
Ashton Jones, DCA: Jones rushed for 132 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in the Wildcats’ 31-7 victory over Nashville Christian.
Jake McNamara, Page: McNamara completed 32-of-56 passes for 291 yards and four touchdowns, and rushed 24 times for 65 yards in the Patriots’ 42-34 loss to Powell.
Antonio Patterson, Oakland: Patterson rushed 14 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns and caught a 71-yard touchdown pass.
Here are the defensive finalists, in alphabetical order, for the Player of the Week award for the BlueCross Bowl championship games:
Jacob Cook, DCA: Cook collected four solo tackles, six assisted tackles, a tackle for loss and returned a kickoff for a touchdown.
Theron Gaines, Oakland: Gaines recorded six solo tackles and five assists in the Patriots’ Class 6A victory.
Brady Pierce, Summit: Pierce finished with 11 solo tackles and four assists, and caught four passes for 96 yards and a touchdown.
Edwin Spillman, Lipscomb Academy: Spillman finished with six solo tackles, one assisted tackle and three sacks.
Eric Taylor, Oakland: Taylor finished with eight solo tackles, one assist, a tackle for loss, a pass breakup and three quarterback hurries.
L.J. Tolbert, DCA: Tolbert finished with three solo tackles, four assisted tackles, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and fumble recovery.
