White House Heritage junior Malakhai Illaramendi is the Citizens Bank Player of the Week for his performance in Week 8.
Illaramendi rushed for 171 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries in the Patriots’ 48-27 victory at White House.
Illaramendi was the fans’ vote winner and also received Managing Editor Chris Brooks’ vote on this week’s 615 Preps Podcast as well. Scott Burton voted for Wilson Central’s Zavier Ali.
