Vote for the Citizens Bank Player of the Week for Week 8!

Voting is now open for the Citizens Bank Player of the Week for Week 8 of the 2020 high school football season.

The fans’ poll will run until 6 p.m. Tuesday evening. The poll makes up one-third of the total votes for the award, as 615 Preps’ Chris Brooks and Scott Burton will cast their votes on this week’s 615 Preps Podcast, released on Wednesday morning on all major podcast providers. The fans’ vote also serves as the tiebreaker if needed.

Here are the nominees for this week’s Player of the Week:

Zavier Ali, Wilson Central: Ali rushed for 132 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries and added a 65-yard touchdown reception in the Wildcats’ 55-42 victory at La Vergne.

Greg Bush, La Vergne: Bush caught 13 passes for 175 yards and three touchdowns in the Wolverines’ 55-42 loss to visiting Wilson Central.

Zavier Davidson, Mt. Pleasant: Davidson rushed for 178 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries in the Tigers’ 27-20 win over visiting Loretto.

Cade Granzow, Brentwood: Granzow completed 9-of-13 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns, and rushed twice for 44 yards and two scores in the Bruins’ 47-13 victory at Dickson County.

Malakhai Illaramendi, White House Heritage: Illaramendi rushed for 171 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries in the Patriots’ 48-27 victory at White House.

Tishun Miles, Kenwood: Miles rushed for 173 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries and added a touchdown reception Thursday in the Knights’ 55-38 loss at Clarksville.

Levi Moore, Ensworth: Moore passed for 295 yards and three touchdowns in the Tigers’ 45-25 victory over visiting Westview.

Langston Patterson, CPA: Patterson rushed for 125 yards and three touchdowns in the Lions’ 31-23 win at Ravenwood.
