Many teams will play their fifth game of the season this week, signaling the halfway mark of their schedules.
Of those teams that have been able to play since Week 1, 12 of them have remained unbeaten: Fairview, Macon County, Creek Wood, Springfield, Oakland, Mt. Juliet, DCA, Davidson Academy, Goodpasture, CPA, Brentwood Academy and Pope John Paul II.
On the other side of the coin, nine teams who have played the whole way are still seeking that first victory of the season: Mt. Pleasant, Cannon County, Smith County, Cheatham County, Sycamore, Siegel, Station Camp, Mt. Juliet Christian and Columbia Academy.
Week 5 is a heavy region week, so a lot of those teams will be putting those records on the line in important games toward playoff seeding.
