First-round Friday is here, and so too are some postseason accolades as the TN East-West All-Star rosters were announced, as too were the Mr. Football semifinalists.

From the 615 coverage area, 13 players are in the running in their respective classes.

Stratford’s James Moore and Fairview’s Logan Nardozzi are candidates in Class 3A. Nolensville’s Tim Coutras is a Class 4A semifinalist, while three locals – Gallatin’s Spencer Briggs, Beech’s Ja’sean Parks and Page’s Cade Walker – are in the Class 5A field. Ravenwood’s Andrew Mason and Blackman’s Conner Murphy are Class 6A semifinalists.

Middle Tennessee Christian’s Kemari McGowan (Class A), Battle Ground Academy’s Nick Semptimphelter (Class AA) and Ensworth’s Keshawn Lawrence (Class AAA) are semifinalists in Division II. Ravenwood’s Luke Akers and Brentwood Academy’s Paxton Perry are in the running for Kicker of the Year honors.
