With the offseason beginning for some teams, so too does the coaching carousel. On Monday, three head coaching positions opened after their leaders resigned.
Station Camp’s only head coach in program history, Shaun Hollinsworth, stepped down after 17 seasons. Siegel will be searching for a new head coach after Michael Copley’s resignation following his third season with the Stars. Matt Swoner left the Red Boiling Springs program after two seasons, leaving the Bulldogs without a head coach and with uncertainty as to the future of that Class 1A program.
The Fayetteville appeal is expected to take place today, and a decision should be forthcoming to finalize that part of the Class 1A playoff bracket.
