It’s Friday the 13th and a full moon all rolled into one. Don’t be shocked if some weird stuff happens tonight.
Seventeen teams in the area hope it doesn’t mean extending their winless streaks to begin the season. There’s good news on that front however – at least two teams will win their first game of the season, as there are a pair of matchups between winless teams (Columbia Academy at Davidson Academy and McGavock at Dickson County).
Also of note is the game between Pulaski Academy (Ark.) and Ravenwood. That’s the game on WUXP-TV this evening, so tune in if you like points. Pulaski doesn’t punt, routinely goes for it on fourth down and onside kicks are always a possibility. Let’s set the over/under total at 100 and see what happens.
