DeKalb County senior Desmond Nokes is the Citizens Bank Player of the Week for his performance in Week 9.
Nokes caught nine passes for 151 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner with 45 seconds remaining, in the Tigers’ 24-20 victory at Macon County to clinch the school’s first-ever region championship.
Nokes was the fans’ vote winner and also received votes from both Chris Brooks and Scott Burton on this week’s 615 Preps Podcast as well.
