The inaugural Helmet Madness championship match is set – and it’s all black and gold in the final.
Mt. Juliet held off a last-hour charge from White House, claiming 50.8 percent of more than 1,500 votes. The Golden Bears won by just 16 votes.
DeKalb County and Gallatin swapped the lead in the last few hours, with the Tigers holding on to claim 51.7 percent of the vote.
Voting on the championship match begins at 7 p.m. Friday on Twitter (@615Preps) and runs for 48 hours.
