This week’s Midstate Player of the Week for the third round of the playoffs is Montgomery Bell Academy senior defensive back Dominic Allocco.
Allocco had seven total tackles and three interceptions in the Big Red’s 20-3 victory at Memphis University School in the Division II-AAA semifinals.
MBA will face McCallie for the championship at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 at Tennessee Tech University’s Tucker Stadium.
